How we process your personal data?
Because you have provided your personal data to us, below is the information about what we will do with it (pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter GDPR).

I. What personal data do we collect? What is the purpose and legal basis of processing
We process the information you provide to us in forms and correspondence, as well as in the content of any further communications. The legal basis for our activity is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). There is no obligation to provide such data, but without it we might not be able to contact you. We process your personal data in order to inform you of similar events we are organizing as well as recruitment processes underway.
II. Duration of retention of your personal data
Your personal data will be retained until you revoke your consent, or for a shorter period if they cease to be needed for the purposes for which they have been collected. The duration of retention can, however, be subject to change in the event of potential future claims or
disputes, or if legal regulations require us to do so.
III. Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data is accessible only to appropriately authorized personnel working for and/or cooperating with companies from the GlobalLogic group, advisors, and auditors – to the extent necessary for them to perform their duties. You have the right to receive a list of data recipients. We are a global company, which means that some of the companies in the GlobalLogic group are located
outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In each case we apply the necessary security measures,including standard contractual clauses adopted by decision of the European Commission. In case there is a relevant legal basis, GlobalLogic may also be under an obligation to provide certain information to public authorities in conjunction with proceedings they are conducting.

V. Your rights related to the processing of your personal data by GlobalLogic
Access to your personal data – you may demand information on what data we process concerns your person.
Data rectification – if information about you is or has become inaccurate, you have the right to demand that data is rectified.
Revocation of consent – you may revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, without affecting the legality of processing performed prior to such revocation.
Erasure of data – in certain situations, if you wish for us to remove all of your personal data, GDPR gives you the “right to be forgotten”.
Restriction of processing – in certain situations, you may demand that we restrict our activities to essentially only retaining information about you.
Data portability – you have the right to receive your data from us in a commonly used and machinereadable format, and also to have it transmitted to another data controller.
Objection – in certain situations, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data (e.g.for direct marketing purposes).
Complaint to the supervisory authority – you have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority. In Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
