The AI-based automated production solution provides the sports market with easy and affordable ways to produce and distribute high-quality game, player videos and performance analysis. The system consists of a unique panoramic camera head and standard computers running proprietary algorithms for Panoramic and HD video and camera control.

Giving an editing platform for multiple types of athletic events we establish the first end-to-end automated video and data solution in the sports industry. The product revolutionizes sports video with an automated online video editing system that enables coaches to simply and easily access game video breakdowns, saving them time and hassle. Our range of products includes game analysis, game exchange, and video replay. Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of Developer experience
• At least 3-4 years in a management capacity.
• Location: Lviv or the Lviv region
• Experience in managing a team of 30+ people directly or overseeing 2-3 accounts.
• In-depth technical domain knowledge, preferably in Backend or Cloud, paired with a solid understanding of key technologies relevant to these domains.
• A robust grasp of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, management principles, and techniques. Demonstrated ability in establishing and adapting project processes, identifying and mitigating risks, understanding financial implications, and swiftly addressing challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies
• The role demands a high degree of autonomy, versatility, and proactivity. A strong focus on delivering results, a commitment to fulfilling obligations and the willingness to take initiative are crucial.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills are essential.
• Possession of a PMP or related certification is highly advantageous. A strong academic foundation, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, is highly desirable.
• Experience in pre-sales activities with a keen interest in advancing in this area will be a plus.

Job responsibilities

Engineering Manager who will be responsible for dedicating program development on one hand and supporting the day-to-day project planning and execution on the other. This position will include driving technical leadership, project planning and management reporting, and business development.

– Lead a team of 40+ engineers, including engineers from the client team

– Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product definition, backlog refinement, participate in functionality analyzes and risks

– Drive meetings, ensure resources availability and dependencies within and outside GlobalLogic team

– Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of project

– Track project progress, measure performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

– Collaborate with the Chief Architect and Team Leads

– Validate the technical relevance and compliance with standards, consider and propose the technical evolutions of the soluti

– Manage the team as Project Manager, act as the HR function within the team (setting objectives, IDPs, 1×1 sessions, validating leaves, training needs, etc.)

– Support the client escalation process: communicate regularly on progress and actions to be carried out, contribute to establishing decision-making diagnostic analyzes for qualifying the identified problems
