Requirements
- Fluency in both Maltese and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination for detailed annotation tasks and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret and follow project policy guidelines.
- A collaborative spirit with a clear focus on delivering great outcomes for clients.
- Prior experience or familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is a major plus.
Job responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries effectively via our ticketing system.
- Execute precise image, spatial, or text annotation to support project goals with high accuracy.
- Consistently meet and exceed key project performance indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
- Handle sensitive client and project data with complete discretion and confidentiality.
