You will be a founding member of a team building a sophisticated GenAI platform designed to provide instant, intelligent access to complex product knowledge—from assembly and configuration to intricate repair procedures. Requirements

Must Have
Extensive experience as a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer supporting cloud-native platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)
Azure Functions
Azure Event Grid
Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI (from an infra & security perspective)
Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Cost Management

Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or Bicep.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (pipelines, artifacts, environments).
Experience designing and operating event-driven architectures.
Strong understanding of security best practices:
– Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
– RBAC, Managed Identities
– Azure Key Vault
Experience supporting data platforms (ETL pipelines, storage layers, batch processing).
Comfortable working with evolving architectures.
Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and application layers.

Nice to Have
Experience operating or designing on-prem or hybrid Kubernetes environments.
Experience with Azure Databricks and data engineering workloads.
Familiarity with AI/ML platform operations (model deployments, quotas, scaling, monitoring).
Experience with cost optimization for data- and AI-heavy Azure workloads.
Exposure to regulated or industrial domains (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment).
Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks.

Job responsibilities

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating the infrastructure that supports a modern data and AI-driven platform. You will play a key role in enabling a secure, scalable, and reliable environment that supports data ingestion, AI-driven enrichment, semantic search, and user-facing applications.
Your responsibilities include:
Designing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, enrichment, and search workloads.
Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for application, data processing, and infrastructure components.
Establishing secure access patterns using Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
Operating and monitoring event-driven processing pipelines based on Azure Functions and Event Grid.
Collaborating closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and solution architects to ensure infrastructure aligns with platform evolution.
Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure operational reliability.
Managing cost visibility and optimization as cloud usage grows.
Contributing to future initiatives involving Kubernetes-based ingestion, advanced data processing, and enterprise-scale operations.
