The People / HR function is currently going through a transformation towards building a best in class HR organization which is able to support GL’s fast-growing business: With this in mind, we are therefore searching for a Manager, to join our EMEA Total Rewards (TR) team.

Reporting to the Director, EMEA Total Rewards, the EMEA Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for a range of critical TR capabilities and services for the EMEA region of GlobalLogic. With knowledge of best-in-class Compensation, Benefits and Recognition practices, the individual will ensure key events and emerging market trends affecting HR / TR (i.e., legal, tax, regulatory, compliance related etc.) are designed and implemented.

This position is responsible for consulting and partnering with assigned Business Unit/Function/Region clients/HR Business Partners and Global People Solutions (GPS) on TR issues and leading a variety of broader TR activities.

It requires a deep understanding of the Regional trends and practices and must stay abreast of Compensation, Benefits and Recognition best practices, critical jobs, legal developments, emerging trends, and technological advancements, as well as providing best practice recommendations to the GL leadership.

Strong knowledge of core TR systems and the willingness to learn and support on new TR systems is a key, required skill.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Building: Aid in transforming EMEA Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits and Recognition) into a true Centre of Excellence / Expertise. Aid in gaining focus across EMEA, not just key focus Countries. Assist with the transition of core processes to GL’s Shared Services COE.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships within Total Rewards, People and all relevant key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current Total Rewards policies and programs, against internal and external market best practices.
  • Research / provide external market data on Total Rewards policies and programs.
  • Provide / lead Total Rewards thought leadership on topics such as, Pay Transparency and Equality.
  • Ensure Total Rewards policies and programs are best-in-class, whilst remaining competitive and cost-effective.
  • Compare Total Rewards policies and programs, across Job Architecture, geographies and salaries through data and cost analyses.
  • Execute Mergers and Acquisitions Integrations (Total Rewards due diligence, Total Rewards integration and harmonization).
  • Handle restructuring of employee´s Total Rewards (e.g., due to relocation) as per internal policies and programs.
  • Preparing analysis for Total Rewards reviews.
  • Propose recommendations based on data analyses, based on the review management reports / presentations such as attrition analysis, headcount, wage bill report, etc.
  • Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for the senior Executive team.
  • Develop and provide Total Rewards training to the People team and all relevant key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Country legislation for all Total Rewards programs and policies.
