Description:
Due to intensive growth, GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite a specialist to support establishing new projects in the Field Data Collection area and as a result, become part of the GlobalLogic Automotive team. We are expecting a willingness to master a new specialty from you and we will support you in your development.
Our clients are Tier 1s from America, Europe, and Japan, and development are targeted to an automotive solutions that will be deployed in the newest cars.
Requirements:
- Intermediate English level or upper, both writing and speaking
- PC proficiency (Windows)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and/or Google Docs
- Being a quick learner and self-motivation
- Experience of work with finance management and/or travel management will be your advange
Job Responsibilities:
- Сhecking/editing expense reports
- Preparation/creation of expense reports in an internal reporting system
- Hotel reservations on requests (sometimes on weekends)
- Preparation of documents for and submission of insurance claims
- Creation of the project documentation
- Data quality checks
