Job Responsibilities
• B.E.(Bachelor of Engineering)/B Tech.(Bachelor of Technologies)/M Tech preferably in Computer Science with 12+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise product architecture, platform engineering, or solution architecture, with Technical Fluency
• Deep, hands-on fluency with the modern AI stack. You must be able to build, evaluate, and debug AI development tools, agentic frameworks, and IDE-based assistants.
• AI first architect with experience in having designed and deployed AI first applications and platforms (Agentic architecture) into production. Must have worked in AIDLC or Autonomous delivery loop.
• Proven experience designing microservices architectures (Node.js/NestJS preferred), API gateway patterns (Apigee or similar), and REST/event-driven API design.
• Hands-on experience with messaging and streaming platforms (Pub/Sub, Kafka) and workflow orchestration engines (Temporal, Airflow, or similar).
• Kubernetes & cloud-native infrastructure: Experience with GKE (or equivalent), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Identity & security: Familiarity with enterprise IAM patterns — OAuth2 etc.
• Data architecture: Experience with modern data platforms — relational (PostgreSQL/AlloyDB), analytics (BigQuery), and ideally graph databases (Neo4j) and vector search.
• Frontend architecture: Understanding of micro frontend patterns and monorepo tooling (Nx) is desirable.
• Agile Mindset: Practical experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Jira for tracking and delivery is beneficial.
Job responsibilities
Development Experience with AI:
• Hands on in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Evaluation Frameworks, Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling, Function Calling, Multi-agent orchestration, AI Observability
• Direct experience with tools/frameworks like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, and vector databases.
Front-End Development:
• Developing features for an industry-leading SaaS product using modern frontend
technologies.
• Develop user interfaces for web applications using React and related web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript).
• Experience with Unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g. Jasmine, Karma)
Back-End development:
• Develop server-side logic using Node.js or Java for scalable web applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• The candidate must have solid hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, with GCP strongly preferred
• Swagger file creation, postman collection creation.
• Should strong in any DB (Mysql, Postgres, MongoDB)

• Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best
practices and coding standards.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that web applications are fully responsive and provide an
excellent user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Integration: Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with
server-side logic, APIs, and databases.
• Version Control: Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase and collaborate
effectively with team members.
o Should be experienced in creating feature branches and merge request concepts.
o Good to know how to create feature tags and play with multiple branches and tagging features.
Additional Skills:
• Excellence in Software Design, Architecture principles and Software development Life Cycle
• Experience and knowledge of algorithms and data structures, OOAD, databases
• Proactive, motivated, works well in team and should be a good communicator
• Good knowledge of Linux would be an added advantage
• Version control and GIT/Gerrit/Maven knowledge is added advantage
