About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can design, build, and operate scalable web applications end-to-end. You will work across backend services, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, and integrations, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Python with FastAPI and/or Django
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Solid understanding of AWS fundamentals (Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM)
Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ
Strong SQL skills with MySQL or PostgreSQL
Exposure to OpenAI APIs and/or LangChain
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest, Playwright)
Practical knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with Git-based development workflows
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with email infrastructure (SMTP, ESP APIs, DKIM/SPF/DMARC)
Integration experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Observe, Datadog, CloudWatch)
Experience with Redis for caching or data storage
Understanding of distributed systems concepts such as idempotency, retries, and resiliency
Exposure to event streaming platforms like Kafka or AWS Kinesis
Prior experience in production support or on-call rotations

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django)
Build responsive and performant frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous workflows
Work with AWS cloud services including Lambda, S3, RDS, and IAM
Implement messaging and asynchronous processing using RabbitMQ
Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries using MySQL/PostgreSQL
Integrate and experiment with OpenAI APIs / LangChain for AI-powered features
Write automated tests using Pytest, Jest, and Playwright to ensure reliability
Containerize applications using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into working solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support production systems and contribute to operational excellence
