Description:
Studies project that within the next five years 90% of vehicles produced will include automation and advanced driver assistance systems. The way we experience mobility will radically change in a short timeframe.
As a Test Manager (m/f/x) you will take charge as a technical leader for a longterm ADAS test project. As part of an internationally distributed team, you will ensure that these systems are safe, functional and performant within the next-generation vehicle ecosystem.
Requirements:

Experience managing Test Projects and driving projects across time zones in an international environment.

Excellent understanding of Testing on Automotive Projects and ablility to orchestrate and guide the team within the related processes and regulations

Good understanding of relevant tools in Automotive Testing

Strong organizational skills

Analytical, structured way of working and role model for a positive collaboration culture
Fluent German Skills (min. C1 level) are required
You should be able to drive a technical discussion in German / Read+Write reports and release notes in German
Preferences:
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in End-to-End testing / HiL testing / Integration Testing
- Experience in the Automotive domain and sound knowledge in relevant frameworks & norms (ISO26262, ASPICE)
- Strong organisational & communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of relevant testing and reporting tools (e.g. Octane)
- Sound knowledge of automotive test processes as well as test and development tools (e.g. dSPACE, Vector, ECU Test, Codebeamer)
Job Responsibilities:

You will have technical and budgetary responsibility for a long-term automotive test project

You wil plan and orchestrate the implementation of an efficient test process (timelines, quality and budget)

You will coordinate the project team of approx. 10-15 project engineers in Munich, as well as 30+ abroad

You will be a main PoC for internal and external stakeholders

You will be responsible for creating test strategies for system and E/E integration tests

You will take ownership for reporting and documentation of test activities (Test Strategies, Test Plan Reporting, etc..)

You will lead planning and execution, as well as analysis of the tests over the variants
