The EMEA Travel Team is an operational department that helps GL employees simplify the organization of business trips. We are looking for a Business Travel Specialist to join our team in Poland. We are dedicated to helping GL employees with their business trips by providing streamlined organization. If you have good organizational skills, knowledge of travel booking, or desire to deepen knowledge in the travel area, and enjoy problem-solving, we encourage you to apply. Your proactive attitude will be an asset to our team.




2+ years in an administrative position
1 year + experience in travel or a similar area
Good knowledge of English
Good communication and networking skills
Willingness to fast learning and quick onboarding

Job Responsibilities:

Process travel requests within the EMEA region in the internal Jira Service Desk, ensuring compliance with the Company Travel Policy.
Be effective in business trips and events organization and have a problem-solving approach
Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget
Provide support during the trip. Manage all trip changes
Be able to prepare documents, materials, and information necessary for work and task completion.
Perform information search, gathering and processing documents and information needed for travel requests
Provide required information and reports without delay
Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
