eBike | Digital Business is on a daring mission to build the first connected biking platform with an entirely new breed of products and services designed to drive the future of biking. The eBike Flow App is an important companion app for eBikes, providing features like customized riding, theft protection, advanced navigation, and activity tracking for a fast-growing base of several million registered riders
The “Navigation & Activity Tracking” team is end-to-end responsible for these app modules, including the development, operation, and scaling of the related backends.
The “Test Automation Platform and Simulation” (TAPaS) team manages the “Test Center” (TC) to deliver automated end-to-end mobile testing (with a heavy BLE focus) and owns the overall mobile CI/CD toolchain to ensure seamless integration and rapid release cycles for mobile developers.
Requirements
• 5+ years automation testing within an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle with an cross-platform mindset.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Fastlane, Code Signing).
• Experience with Mobile Test Automation frameworks and static code analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Flutter for mobile application maintenance.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong out-of-the-box thinking to continuously improve developer workflows and platform stability.
• Familiarity with Swift and iOS development is a plus.
• Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Job responsibilities
• Develop, execute and maintain automated mobile tests for the integrated eBike-mobile app system, with a strong focus on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interfaces and protocols.
• Maintain, optimize, and extend fast, reliable mobile CI/CD build pipelines (Jenkins, Fastlane, Code Signing) to support rapid development cycles.
• Enable new test automation use cases by adjusting and refactoring native Android and iOS project codebases (Android > iOS focus).
• Maintain and support the internal Test Center (RTC) companion app built with Flutter.
• Gather developer needs, make configuration adjustments for static code analysis tools, and actively iterate workflows to keep developer efficiency high.
