To work on the strategic migration from Zendesk CRM to Salesforce
Requirements
Highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to play a key role in the strategic migration from Zendesk CRM to Salesforce. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, excels as an independent contributor, and can work with minimal supervision while owning complex technical deliverables related to data migration, system redesign, and integration.
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of overall Salesforce development experience, with design level involvement & handson with multiple E2E solution implementations.
Must Have:
– Salesforce Service Cloud expertise
– Contact Center domain experience – omni-channel (voice, email, chat, sms), routing (queue based, volume based, etc)
Nice to have:
– Integration with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) vendors (i.e., Amazon Connect, Zendesk, NICE, etc)
– Integration with external applications (ie: custom apps, 3p tools, etc)
Strong knowledge of:
-Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex
-Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura Components
-Visualforce pages
-SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data model
-Experience with Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
-Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST) and integration patterns.
-Working knowledge of Salesforce Administration, including Profile/Role permissions and sharing rules.
-Experience using Source Control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Copado / Gearset / Jenkins preferred).
-Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.

Job responsibilities
-Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
-Develop custom integrations with external systems using REST APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
-Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings.
-Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
-Implement and optimize Lightning Experience UI/UX components and page layouts.
-Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance limits, security best practices, and code performance standards.
-Participate in code reviews, deployment processes, and supply up-to-date documentation.
-Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution and support.
-Stay updated with latest Salesforce platform features, releases, and industry best practices.
