Responsable de la visión estratégica del producto. Descompone requerimientos de negocio en capacidades PGP específicas. Asegura que el diseño PGP responda a los objetivos estratégicos. Negocio: Procesos CCAF (Afiliación, Crédito, Licencias). Legacy: Conocimiento funcional SAP CRM y Casos. Estándar: Modelos de Datos BIAN.
