Description:

HR operations Shared Service (GPS) is a sector of the People Team that is devoted to empower and make easier the employees life cycle in GlobalLogic, with their day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

Graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar careers.

More than 3 years‘ experience in similar positions.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Employment Contract Act .

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English, as they will participate in meetings and global processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, motivational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships.

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, recommend multiple solutions, and analyze employment – related issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting clients on a daily bases.

Proven Project management experience.


Job Responsibilities:

• Benefits Administration.
• Consolidate and report prepayroll inputs. Ensures payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Attend employees inquires related.
• Managing and updating internships, fixed-term contracts and similar, planning their termination and complying with current regulations.
• Keeping information updated in the internal tools. Process HR transactions in the System such as departmental changes, job title changes, Manager changes, salary changes, worker category changes, promotions terminations and other data changes and corrections.
• Responsible for the offboarding process, work with other stakeholders.
• Work with Team lead to implement regional process and automatization.
• Actively interact with the team in order to align working criteria, share experience and jointly seek best practices, in order to empower and improve our regional processes.
• Carrying out the entry process following the internal procedures and the guidelines set by the Employment Contract Act, in order to meet all the objectives, set by the company.
• Collaborate with the HRBP local team in different projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Interacting with the company’s employees and supplier, provide support on any need related to Benefits, Leaves, social security paperwork and any other inquiry that may arise related to the area and the provisions of the Employment Contract Act. Respond to and process HR Ticket requests via GPS.
• Assist with creating/updating Operating Procedures Articles
