Description:

BD&I is the Amdocs billing platfrom that is used by our client to serve, manage and bill customers on the our Client’s network. The platofrm has complex orchestration and caters to Add a line, Upgrade and Nel line transaction across Retail, Care and Web channels. 

Requirements:

Position is for a Technical Product Manager for a Billing Data & Intelligence engagement.

  • Should have knowledge of creating stories in Gerkin format
  • Should have at least 5+ years of experience working as product Manager .
  • Should have deep knowledge of Data analytics and dealing with large data sets.
  • Should be able to analyze technical requirements from business and coorinate across multiple stakeholders to make sure that the deliveries are made on time.
  • Should be able to analyze business requirements and map them.
  • Must be able to work with upstream and downstream team product managers to work on identifying solutions given a business requirement
  • Should be able to create sequence diagrams for API interactions
  • Should have 5+ years of data development experience.

Good to have knowledge of Telecom BSS stack.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Create user stories that cover in details the impact for a given requirement
  • Understand all Features and should be able to guide the team on the acceptance of the feature
  • Must be responsible to accept sotries only when all criteria are met and make sure team is adhering to acceptance criteria
  • Should have good knowledge of data archetecture to be able to guide the team on functional issues
  • Will be required to collaborate and drive solutions with stakeholdes from upstream and downstream teams
  • Should have the capabiltiy to assess the LOE required for implementation
  • Must be able to identify risks, depndencies to fulfil a requirement
  • Should be able to track feature completeion with in LOE and timelines.
  • Shold be capable to priortize stories for the team by understand the business priorities.
  • Should have very good commnication skills.
  • Keep product management team updated on the proceedings of the team and bring out delays and risks as early as possible
  • Should be albe to lead DEMOs on behalf of the team
  • Should capture NFR – Security and Performance for every feature and map them into sotires
