Job Responsibilities:

• Leading overall technology strategy and governance for the product, in collaboration with technical and architectural stakeholders
• Defines and communicates a shared understanding of the objectives of an initiative & its scope
• Drives to decision on what scope is in vs out of each MVP
• Assists the product owner in sequencing deliverables & work products. (i.e. features)
• Ensures adherence to cost guardrails by balancing capacity, resourcing, scope, and deadlines
• Balancing technical needs, ongoing improvements & stability, while lowering costs
• Ensuring continuous technical delivery of most valuable product capabilities, across the workflow managing
  risks and dependencies
• Defining and communicating the technical vision with the technical enablers to achieve it
• Ensures 52-week Product Level CBE is updated with key milestones in collaboration with the Product owner
• Ensuring Products and teams maintain good data hygiene for feature self-assessments and championing the
  activity dashboard (backlog health, Feature Cycle Time)
• Platform owners, architects, and developers for technical and solution guidance and verification of features keeping focus on compliance, security, scalability, and stability
• Tech Product Owner for technical vision and Supporting Artifacts
• Product Business Owner/Product Managers for Feasibility of Initiatives and Capabilities and
  managing within budgets
• Interacting with team coaches for team deliverables
• Portfolio Tech Driver for technical escalations and alignment on 52-week CBE
• Agile coaches to sync on adopting and implementing agile principles, data hygiene, tracking and
  improving KPIs
• Tech & Enterprise Program Management
