Description

We are looking for a Middle Go Developer with strong Linux expertise to join a global engineering team. You will work on tooling and validation systems within a Kubernetes-based ecosystem, contributing to CI/CD automation, infrastructure validation, and repository governance.

This role requires hands-on coding, scripting, and a solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, so advanced English communication skills are mandatory.

Requirements

Core Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Advanced Linux knowledge and command-line proficiency.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows.
• Experience working with GitLab (beyond basic Git usage).
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture and YAML resource definitions.
• Experience writing automation scripts in Bash and/or Python.
• Experience using YAML parsing tools such as yq

Infrastructure & DevOps Knowledge

• Kubernetes

• CI/CD concepts and tooling

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bazel
• Experience with GitLab CI advanced configurations.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience building validation frameworks or policy enforcement tools

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain validation tools using Golang.
• Design and implement validators for Kubernetes resource definitions (YAML).
• Create and maintain pre-submit and CI pipelines within GitLab.
• Write and maintain Bash and/or Python scripts for repository validation and automation.
• Use Linux CLI tools (grep, sed, awk, yq, bash) to parse and validate structured data.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps and platform teams to ensure infrastructure compliance and CI/CD stability.
