Requirements
– 7+ years of ERP experience, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant in Infor M3.
– Strong knowledge of one or more Infor M3 domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution).
– Established track record in supervising ERP product backlogs, roadmaps, and customer communications.
– Familiarity with Infor ION, BODs, M3 CloudSuite, APIs, and integration frameworks.
– Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Outstanding communication, facilitation, and leadership qualities.
– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional delivery teams.

Job responsibilities
– Manage ERP product backlogs, roadmaps, and collaborator communications.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement ERP solutions.
– Guarantee seamless incorporation of ERP systems with other business applications through the utilization of Infor ION, BODs, M3 CloudSuite, APIs, and integration frameworks.
– Map business processes into ERP functionality, providing exceptionally tailored solutions.
– Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes within delivery teams, ensuring timely and quality project completion.
– Communicate effectively with senior collaborators using strong leadership abilities.
– Monitor and strictly adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
