We are seeking a dedicated Junior L2 Support Engineer with strong SQL skills and prior database experience. The role involves troubleshooting customer issues, providing exceptional support, and working in various shifts. Excellent communication skills and a B.Tech degree in any discipline are required.


  • Strong proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.
  • Experience with scheduler applications is preferred.

  • Ability to talk to customers and understand their technical issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support for customers, resolving technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database (SQL) issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our support system.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Work in shifts, including morning and evening shifts, to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
