Description

As the L&D Leader for the region , this position will focus on innovative, and high-impact learning experiences focused on enabling varied team members, DUs , and business to develop and grow. This person will deliver strategic direction and leadership while inspiring and enabling a learning culture across GlobalLogic UK teams.

Working with Regional Country Leadership, this position will own the design, strategy, development and delivery of learning experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in overseeing all the aspects of employee learning and talent development. 
  • Strong communication, project management and budgeting skills.
  • Exposure to digital learning ecosystems, ability to manage vendor relationship including vendor cost and KPI management.
  • Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Deliver, Evaluate etc.
  • Knowledge of and experience in delivering technology transformation learning projects.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented, strategic thinker finds connections to the bigger picture and drives valuable experiences and conversations with members.
  • Experience with building trust and buy-in across all levels of an enterprise.
  • Project management experience, excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally.
  • People and Team Management skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Alignment with Business Strategy: Interacts with stakeholders to design learning initiatives to compliment regional business strategy.
  • Learning Strategy: Design and execute regional learning strategies and programs that cover training for core technology skills to niche technology skills and professional skills.
  • Training Programs: Develop and deliver courses, workshops and various training initiatives. Bring to life innovative learning solutions. Proposes outcome-driven learning solutions with objectives and mode of delivery (Blended / Online / Classroom). Define the curriculum; course and assessments of Technology and Behavioral interventions.
  • Employee Development: Ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in their roles.
  • Facilitation: – Enable technology programmes and programme manage facilitations skills are preferred. Design and enable custom learning solutions in Technology/ Professional/ Leadership Development /functional skills.
  • Learning Operations & Governance: – Enable regional Vendor Management, and work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training programs. Ensure training records are updated for audits and metrics reported monthly. Conducting annual and on-going training needs assessment with Business Heads in region.
