Our customer (originally the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company) is an American multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, and consumer goods. Based in the Saint Paul suburb of Maplewood, the company produces over 60,000 products, including adhesives, abrasives, laminates, passive fire protection, personal protective equipment, window films, paint protection film, electrical, electronic connecting, insulating materials, car-care products, electronic circuits, and optical films.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise in Azure AI Foundry, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions, including orchestrating AI workflows and leveraging agent-based systems and Semantic Kernel.
• Strong understanding of the Semantic Kernel framework, including its use in building advanced AI-powered agents, enabling contextual reasoning, and semantic understanding in decision-making processes.
• Experience implementing Semantic Kernel-based solutions to integrate natural language processing (NLP), memory management, and stateful reasoning within Azure-based AI systems.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AI services like Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory as they integrate with Semantic Kernel to enhance the cognitive capabilities of AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents using Semantic Kernel for task automation, state management, and semantic understanding of complex data and user interactions in the context of Azure cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in orchestration tools like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Durable Functions for managing agent workflows, integrating Semantic Kernel for context and memory handling.
• Experience with advanced AI workflows that leverage Semantic Kernel for dynamic agent interaction, context switching, and personalized decision-making within Azure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of agent-based AI architectures, particularly in applying Semantic Kernel to create intelligent agents that can reason about past interactions, adapt to changing data, and optimize workflow outcomes.
• Advanced programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or JavaScript, with specific experience in integrating Semantic Kernel and orchestrating complex AI processes in the cloud.
• Familiarity with containerized agent systems using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure Container Instances (ACI) to deploy, scale, and manage Semantic Kernel-driven agents at scale.
• Experience in building and deploying complex, memory-enabled agents using Semantic Kernel to create and manage agent state, integrate external data, and support long-running AI workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based orchestration, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Durable Functions, and Azure Event Grid for managing stateful, long-running AI workflows that rely on Semantic Kernel to enhance inter-agent communication and decision-making
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other tools, specifically for deploying and managing Semantic Kernel-based agents and AI models.
• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex AI systems that leverage Semantic Kernel for reasoning, context management, and agent behavior tracking in a production environment.
• Expertise in integrating Semantic Kernel with other Azure services, such as Azure Cognitive Search, QnA Maker, and Azure OpenAI, to enhance agent capabilities for advanced conversational AI and contextual understanding.
