Description
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist who will take over the responsibility for procurement in Poland, Germany, Slovakia, Romania, Sweden, Croatia and Spain. If working in international environment is of your interest, we are looking forward to Your application!
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in a buyer role (or very relevant experience)
- Administration, accounting or economics degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- IT knowledge (end-user equipment, telecommunications)
- Fast, accurate, attention to details
- Teamwork and individual work skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English ( both written and spoken)
Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing, researching for potential vendors on EU market
- Vendor management, maintainance of effective and proper relations with suppliers or their representatives
- Procurement activities, drafting and reviewing vendors’ contracts
- Purchasing activities, placing, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery, evaluating bids and proposals
- Validation of documents necessary for the accounting processes
- Entering documents into the purchasing system
- Support for the preparation of closing month reports
