Requirements

We’re building a Salesforce product from scratch. Your job is to use deep Salesforce experience to spot the problems users typically face, propose solutions worth building, and deliver them. This role suits someone who creates clarity in ambiguity, not waiting to be told.
Experience

Several years building on Salesforce — data model, Apex, Lightning, flows, integrations — with a strong sense of the recurring problems users hit
Hands-on with AI-assisted development
Strong communicator and presenter to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job responsibilities

Own how an ambiguous problem space becomes a concrete product
Identify common Salesforce user problems and implement solutions
Set standards for AI usage in the development workflow
Represent the features implemented in demos and stakeholder conversations
Keep delivery healthy: clear breakdown of work and steady, visible progress
Work closely with the Product Manager and Product owner to ensure delivery is done on time
