Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with increasing responsibilities, including team leadership
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading the development of automotive base software layers/modules/drivers
- Minimum of 3 years of exposure to product management of an embedded software product
- Good understanding of embedded hardware/software integrations
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with system architects, HW designers, SW architects, HW/SW integrators and business teams
- Awareness of software product development and lifecycles, including agile methodologies
- Outstanding skills in presenting to both technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer, Information Technology or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR, AOSP, QNX, and/or Linux
- Software development background (C/C++, Java, Python)
- Experience working with automotive MPUs and/or MCUs
- Service-oriented architectures know-how
- Practical knowledge of automotive networks and protocols
- Acquaintance with cybersecurity and functional safety concepts

- Defining product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Working closely with cross-functional product and business stakeholders
- Ensuring the base software supports their features and is adaptable to future customer needs
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities
- Collecting and interpreting feedback
- Determining metrics for success
- Translating business strategy into product strategy
- Driving action throughout the organization to get products to market
- Effectively acting as the “Product Line CEO”
