Description
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements
Experience using and building reports in Jira and Confluence preferred
Experience in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in end to end delivery management
Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated and comfortable with working in fast paced environment
Ability to pick up on new processes and systems quickly
Ability to manage and participate in multiple projects and initiatives at once
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Open to change and thrives on learning and acquiring deep expertise in project and program management
Can effectively use and analyze data for reporting and decision support mechanisms.
Can effectively communicate at all levels (including C-level) of the organization, breaking down complex issues into actionable information.
Qualification
Master’s degree

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain tools, templates, guidelines, procedures, and processes for all teams to adhere to while training them on how to follow these Governance standards
Assist in onboarding and coaching new hires and scrum teams into our Governance Model
Manage projects end to end, involving cross teams and stakeholders, focusing on delivery and quality while being able to identify risks and issues.
Holding members of the Product and Engineering team accountable for program health, Product Roadmaps, PI Planning, and delivery plans while reviewing dependencies with Leadership
Analyze and effectively report on project metrics while understanding what goal the project is driving towards while helping the Product and Engineering team stop things that do not drive towards that goal and vision.
Communication with Stakeholder regarding project vision, scope, deliverables, and strategies
Understanding risks and issues at a project level and being able to determine critical factors that need attention at a Program level.
Jira and Confluence Administration i.e. Documentation of Jira processes, training, and tutorials, change requests, SDLC management, creation of dashboards, troubleshooting
Managing multiple releases spread across our platform to ensure on time delivery and quality
