We are a great team of people who are looking for an open, communicative and cheerful person who likes working in the area of facilities. Working in our department involves managing your time independently and prioritizing tasks. Each employee of our department has the right to express their opinion and present their proposals for improving our daily work. We work together, respect each other and work in a pleasant atmosphere, and the task manager is each of us.

You will be part of Employee Services Department, working closely with core administration teams, Health and Safety and Risk Management. On the outside, you will be cooperating with other Departments in our company and many external vendors.

You will be directly under Line Manager who will deal with your development, give you support in issues that may arise. As for the tasks, you will work with Facility Manager, who will be responsible for task distrubution and your workflow.

  • Upper-intermediate English level in writing, reading, speaking and an advanced level of Polish language.
  • Practical experience in working with documents or knowing the basic foundation of documentation management: creation and preparation of official documents, organization of documentation flow and storage.
  • Be familiar with car fleet management.
  • Skills in information search and systematization.
  • Able to coordinate a team’s work.
  • Understand core terms used in facility work (e.g. Capex, Opex, fit out, sublease, serviced office).
  • Soft skills: analytical skills, able to make well-founded decisions, leadership and organizational skills, customer approach.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience on a similar position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with the structure of GlobalLogic Poland and to have general overview of the global structure.
  • Be able to prepare documents, materials and information necessary for work and his or her tasks completion.
  • Be familiar with Iproc system.
  • Perform information search, gathering and processing of documents and information needed to perform tasks.
  • Provide required information and reports without delay.
  • Process tickets on GPS.
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
  • Prepare zones  according to customer requirements.
  • Participate in internal meeting when appointed.
  • Take an active part in moving to a new office and/or redeveloping zones on sites as required.
  • Negotiate conditions and services with contractors and other service providers when needed.
  • Take care of facilities in the appointed location: maintenance, organizing orders of needed equipment.
