Description
Analysis of acceptance criteria to form a bridge between business and technical
teams.
Interpret and design data models.
Define all the technical terms used in data.
Identifying data mapping fields for validations, warnings, alerts, data binding, etc.
Managing API implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively.
Uncovering the interactive scenarios between the APIs.
Draft APIs, simple algorithms, and data structures without coding.
Detailed analysis, documentation, and enhancements of user stories.
Impact analysis of the existing APIs & communicating impacts and change
management activities to the team.
Negotiating the scope with PO based on various factors like team skill, resource
availability, number of resources, and enough training provided.
First point of contact for conflict resolution from a business standpoint.
Support the UAT by confirming the correctness of previously elicited requirements
and improvement on future projects.
Defect management:
o Triage and manage reported bugs/issues
o Create and report defects found
o Propose/create issue workarounds
o Work with Engineering to identify bug fixes
o Write test scenario
o Test/verify bug fixes.
New features:
o Manage/evaluate change requests
o Gather and document requirements
o Propose/evaluate solutions
o Review, verify, and test features prior to deployment.
Process management:
o Propose/establish new processes.
o Document current processes.
Annual contracting template launches:
o Plan with the team feasibility and new feature requirements
o Configure both new and updated templates
o Configure related workflow rules
o Resolve related issues
Create and analyze adhoc/seasonal/annual deal and template reports
Education Credentials
The candidate must have 8+ yrs. of working experience in the same or an equivalent
role.

Relevant Contracting life cycle Experience
You have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative
software delivery team
You have attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-
writing and delivery, and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy
to your team’s outcomes.
You understand how businesses operate and have experience in modelling business
processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation
sessions.
Strong communication skills, listens and shares information.
SQL experience and familiarity with modern technologies such as AWS, Azure, or
GCP (cloud)
