About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst – Configuration Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and is passionate about working with tech products. This role requires high ownership, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. You will be responsible for configuring business journeys on our low-code platform and collaborating closely with engineering, product, QA, and program teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure business workflows and journeys on the low-code platform using its in-built capabilities.
• Work with Postman, APIs, and PgAdmin (basic SQL queries) to support configurations and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product managers, and program managers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Analyze business requirements, validate feasibility, and provide insights on configurations.
• Ensure error-free configuration with a keen eye for detail and logical structuring.
• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, working with tech teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and work effectively under high-pressure situations.
• Document configuration processes and share knowledge with internal stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Postman, APIs, and writing basic queries in PgAdmin.
• Technical acumen – experience working with tech products and platforms.

• Excellent collaboration & communication skills to work cross-functionally
• Good Understanding on SAAS platform and Implementation Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in low-code platforms or workflow configuration tools.
• Background in business analysis, system configuration, or product implementation.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data flow between systems.
