We are looking for a Back-End Developer to join our team and contribute to enhancing a web-based CI/CD dashboard used by development teams to monitor and track software delivery. The role focuses on improving user experience, implementing new collaboration features, and integrating with communication tools to streamline workflows.
This role focuses on Node.js and Go microservices, MongoDB, and API integrations with external collaboration platforms.

必要条件

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with MongoDB, Go, and microservice architecture.
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines and ETL transformations.
• Familiarity with Slack/Teams API and webhook-based integrations.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests.

• Develop backend services supporting Claim ownership, changelog aggregation, and commit diff tracking.
• Implement data ingestion services for test results, build metadata, and delivery logs.
• Design and extend REST APIs to support front-end requirements and subsystem integrations.
• Rewrite performance-critical Node.js microservices in Go where needed.
• Maintain and optimize MongoDB data models for scalability and search efficiency.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Implement web analytics to track feature usage and system performance.
• Participate in test automation and ensure high code reliability.
