This is a unique CONTRACT opportunity for a seasoned claims professional to move into the frontier of InsurTech. Your mission is to leverage deep industry knowledge to transform the claims lifecycle—from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to final settlement. You won’t just be observing; you will be the architect of “Super Agents,” ensuring our AI solutions are grounded in real-world logic, regulatory compliance, and high standards of empathy.

You will be responsible for identifying “friction points” in current processes ripe for AI intervention, such as automated document triage, fraud detection, or straight-through processing (STP) for low-value claims.

必要条件

  • Deep, technical knowledge of UK motor insurance, liability frameworks, RTA law, and industry-standard claims handling practices.
  • Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code automation platforms and a conceptual understanding of how GenAI integrates into legacy environments.
  • Significant experience in a senior role (SME, Technical Lead, or Claims Manager) with a proven track record in digital transformation or RPA/AI implementation.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping (BPMN) and the ability to interpret claims data to train or prompt AI models.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, IT, and Operations) to deliver technology-led business change.

  • Partner with Claims Leadership to map end-to-end motor claims workflows, including liability assessment, total loss, credit hire, and personal injury.
  • Identify opportunities for AI intervention to streamline workflows, focusing on efficiency and accuracy in high-volume environments.
  • Collaborate with developers to build and refine AI agents on the platform, ensuring technical logic reflects real-world claims handling expertise.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for leadership, while converting operational needs into technical specifications.
  • Ensure all AI-driven decisions align with Consumer Duty obligations and maintain high standards of accuracy and regulatory alignment.
