We are looking for a Business Analyst who can join our team, tightly integrated with the Customer and empowered for business and technical decisions. The main task will be working on a vendor-agnostic network infrastructure monitoring platform that provides real-time visibility into network infrastructure equipment performance. It monitors the equipment installed in data centers, stadiums, factories, supermarkets, warehouses etc.

• Work with architects, Low code platforms developers and product owner to design & implement appropriate technical solutions based on the FDD (functional design document) and TDD (Technical design document);

• Work with the LOB representatives and Service regional SME to capture the technical needs to design and improve the new forms;

• Support the design low-level technical solutions using Mendix or similar application;

• Work with the technical writers to tag the technical documentations to be used as part of the form;

• Support the process to generate the documentation for each sprint;

• Validate the form/apps that has been program by the Low code platform developer;

• Define and put in place best practices to optimize development and test effort;

職務内容

The Business Analyst is prefered to have a background in Service Tools oriented to capture data during on site interventions in industries like Utility, Telecom, Bank, Retail or any industry with thousands of sites and multiple technologies to be served, it is prefered to understand Low code platforms concept.

In this kind of application, the human interface is crucial, and the solution needs to be oriented to minimize the effort and increase the efficiency of the onsite activity.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working preferably in a Service organization focused on Critical infrastructure devices like Thermal or AC power;
• Good understanding of the standard Service cycle, from L2-L5 project Services process;
• Good understanding of the standard SW development cycle, and be familiar with tools like Rally and JIRA to track progress;
• Strong Communication skills and capabilities to establish relationships with SME located in multiple locations;
• Fluent English speaker, other languages as Italian, Spanish, French or German would be a benefit;

• Interpersonal skills – to negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders;
