Client produces the best-selling iPad and iPhone app for pilots flying personal and business aircraft, corporate flight departments, and aircraft operators. Customers include individual pilots worldwide, Fortune 500 corporate flight departments, state and federal agencies, leading operators, the military, and leading aircraft OEMs. We have been in the App Store since its grand opening in July, 2008 and are consistently ranked in the top 50 grossing iPad apps in the App Store.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced finance team. The Accounts Receivable (AR) function plays a critical role in the company’s cash flow and overall business performance. This position sits at the center of key operational processes and offers strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and collect outstanding customer receivables. You will review contractual terms, analyze customer accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Client Management, Accounting, Contracts, Billing, and Customer Service to define and execute effective collection strategies.

  • Review customer accounts, communications, past-due notices, and warning letters
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and terms; resolve disputes in a professional and effective manner
  • Partner with Sales and Client Management teams to align on collection strategies
  • Perform account reconciliation and coordinate with customers and the Cash Applications team on remittance advice and credits
  • Ensure consistent application of internal AR and Collections policies and processes
  • Hybrid format: with on-site presence in the office 2 days per week in Gdansk

Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related role
  • 8+ years of experience building relationships and maintaining ongoing communication with customers, suppliers, and/or vendors
  • 8+ years of experience interacting with business partners and external customers
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with an ERP system (Oracle or equivalent)
  • 8+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent professional experience
