GlobalLogic is looking for Process Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across business processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing current workflows, identifying gaps, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and business objectives.

必要条件

• Proven experience in process improvement and project management, preferably within complex, data-driven domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow design, and optimization techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
