To succeed in this role, you must have the following core competencies:

Technical Skills

• Deep Learning Mastery: A thorough understanding of Deep Learning theory, with a genuine interest in the field’s rapid evolution.
• Programming Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python.
• Framework Experience: Hands-on experience with major DL frameworks, specifically TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Mathematical Foundation: Strong grasp of Statistics and Geometry, enabling you to understand the underlying mechanics of the models you build.
• Software Development: Solid experience in software engineering principles (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Data Engineering: Ability to handle large datasets and build efficient data processing pipelines.

 

Meriting Competencies (Nice-to-Have)

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas will be considered a significant plus:

• Advanced Architectures: Practical experience with Transformers, Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and multi-head attention mechanisms.
• Perception Stack: Familiarity with Computer Vision tasks, or working with sensor data such as Lidar and Radar.
• Tracking: Experience with object tracking algorithms and methodologies.

We are looking for a Deep Learning Engineer who is passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize deep learning models while owning the full development lifecycle—from data engineering to deployment.

You will join a team that values technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving. If you have a strong mathematical foundation, a curiosity for state-of-the-art architectures (like Transformers), and a humble approach to teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, train, and validate deep learning models using industry-standard frameworks.
• Data Engineering: Build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure high-quality input for model training and validation.
• Software Engineering: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code, adhering to best software development practices.
• Mathematical Application: Apply statistical analysis and geometric principles to solve complex problems and optimize model performance.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Deep Learning and assess their applicability to our specific use cases.
