1. Must Have: Programming language – Python, Java/Scala
2. Must have : Experience with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
3. Must have : Proficient in distributed computing platform Apache Spark (PySpark, Scala), Torch etc.
4. Must have: Proficiency in API development with Fast API, Spring boot, Understanding of O&M – logging, monitoring, fault management, security etc

5. Good-to-have : Handson experience with deployment & orchestration tools – Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
6. Good-to-have : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS -Sagemaker/ Bedrock, GCP, or Azure)
7. Good-to-have : Strong programming skills in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks (training and deployment)
