• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET framework (latest versions).
• ASP.NET Web API for building RESTful services.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

For Front-End side:

• Strong experience with Angular2+ and TypeScript.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/LESS, and responsive design.
• State management patterns.

Leadership & Architecture:

• Proven experience leading a development team and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns.
• Expertise in system design, performance tuning, and scalability.

General:

• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and best practices.
• Proficient with Git and modern development tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

職務内容

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#/.NET for backend services and Angular2+ for modern, responsive user interfaces, while providing technical leadership and mentorship to a development team.

This position involves the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of complex applications.

Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code, performing code reviews, contributing to architectural decision-making, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

The successful candidate will also be expected to troubleshoot and resolve defects, optimize application performance, collaborate closely with product managers and other engineering teams, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Continuous learning and adherence to best practices and coding standards are essential.
