About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead MEAN Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic, cross-functional engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining MEAN-stack applications that are secure, scalable, and high-performing. You’ll work across modern backend and frontend technologies to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
Design and implement full-stack software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using NodeJs ,ExpressJs and MongoDB.
Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript (Reactjs experience is a plus).
Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar technologies.
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and E2E tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
Conduct code reviews and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
Debug and optimize performance issues across the application stack.
Technical Leadership
Contribute to architectural decisions and low-level design for scalable software systems.
Break down business requirements and user stories into technical tasks.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Explore and integrate new tools and technologies that enhance engineering productivity and system performance.
Promote automation, continuous improvement, and best development practices across the team.

Qualifications
Required:
More than 10 years of professional experience in software development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in Nodejs, Expressjs, REST APIs, and frontend development using Angular.
Strong understanding of HTTP protocols microservices architectures.
Experience with NoSQL databases and modern development workflows.

Preferred:
Familiarity with React, and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
Exposure to Itential platform for automating and orchestrating network and infrastructure operations
Experience working with the Networking domain.
