職種概要

We are looking for an experienced Functional Safety Expert responsible for conducting independent Functional Safety artifact reviews and assessments. This role requires expert-level knowledge of the ISO 26262 standard and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

The position focuses on performing independent confirmation reviews of critical engineering artifacts to ensure full compliance with functional safety requirements. The expert operates independently from development teams, evaluating complex work products within demanding timelines using enterprise lifecycle management tools. ISO 26262 defines a risk-based safety lifecycle for automotive systems, covering development, validation, and safety assurance processes.

• Proven, expert-level knowledge of the ISO 26262 functional safety standard.
• Strong technical background enabling deep understanding and evaluation of complex engineering systems.
• High level of objectivity and independence in assessments.
• Assertiveness in enforcing compliance with standards and requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills in reviewing technical documentation.

職務内容

• Reviews Execution
• Conduct independent verification activities and functional safety assessments for development projects.
• Safety Artifacts Assessment
• Perform detailed evaluations of key safety documentation, including:
  -Safety Plans
  – Functional and Technical Safety Concepts
  – Test Plans
  -Safety Case structures
• Reporting & Recommendations
• Analyze project deliverables using client-defined checklists and prepare formal Review Protocols, including clear findings, guidelines, and recommendations.
