ead end-to-end SaaS deployments, including planning, onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live.

Supervise and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists; ensure timely execution and quality of deliverables.

Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, driving collaboration between internal teams and customers.

Manage escalations and complex technical issues during implementation.

Maintain implementation documentation, ensure customer sign-off, and track performance metrics.

Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, methodologies, and tools.

必要条件

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

6–8 years of experience in SaaS implementations, technical configurations, and customer onboarding.

Atleast 1+ years of experience in leading teams or people management

Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
