職種概要

We are looking for a Lead React Engineer to drive the development of a modern CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) web app in the HVAC domain. This role combines hands-on coding with close collaboration with the client, so both strong React skills and good communication are essential.
You will design scalable front-end architecture, build reusable components, and keep the codebase clean and maintainable. The right candidate enjoys creating well-structured design systems, knows modern React patterns, and can lead a team toward high technical standards.

必要条件

• 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture.
• Experience with component libraries like Storybook, Material UI etc.
• Familiarity with design systems and tools like Figma or Zeplin.
• Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Jotai, etc.).
• Experience with code splitting, lazy loading, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Ability and willing to travel to the US to customer’s premises.

• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and align on technical decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure consistent design systems.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with backend engineers to define API contracts and data flows.
