Our client is the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet that offers industry-leading products and solutions in the company’s core development areas of routing and switching, as well as in advanced technologies such as home networking, IP telephony, optical networking, security, storage area networking, and wireless technology. In addition to its products, we provides a broad range of service offerings, including technical support and advanced services.
The current project focuses on developing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure that ensures continuous connectivity, power efficiency, and system resilience across critical environments.

必要条件

Must Have Requirements:

– 4+ years of experience in network engineering and design, with practical expertise in Cisco-based enterprise environments.
– Knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Networking principles: network protocols, topologies, and virtualization concepts.
– Hands-on experience with Cisco StackPower technologies, including configuration, power sharing, redundancy, and monitoring across switch stacks.
– Experience with Emergency Power Management and device prioritization during power outages or failover events.

Nice to Have:

– Knowledge of healthcare networking fundamentals, including high availability, security, and compliance with healthcare standards.
– Understanding of Cisco Security Group Tag (SGT) and micro-segmentation principles.
– Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Meraki controllers, and Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches.
– Basic knowledge of Python and Ansible for automating network and power management workflows.
– Experience with network monitoring and alerting tools.
– Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with strong attention to reliability and compliance in mission-critical environments.

職務内容

– Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot our enterprise network environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
– Manage and optimize StackPower configurations, including power sharing, redundancy, and monitoring across switch stacks.
– Implement and support Emergency Power Management and device prioritization processes during power outages or failover events.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy network infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.
– Support automation and monitoring of network and power management workflows using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
– Maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
– Proactively identify and resolve network issues to ensure reliability, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
