Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Node.js applications

Manage and mentor a team of developers, including code reviews and technical guidance

Own technical architecture decisions and ensure best practices are followed

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications

Establish coding standards, development processes, and CI/CD best practices

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions

Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and team productivity

Job Requirements

8+ years of backend development experience in Node.js

Strong expertise in Node.js, Express/NestJS, and RESTful APIs

Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

Strong understanding of performance optimization, security, and scalability

Experience leading teams, sprint planning, and technical decision-making

 

Person should be flexible to work in the second shift.
