BD&I is the Amdocs billing platfrom that is used by our Client to serve, manage and bill customers on our client’s network. The platofrm has complex orchestration and caters to Add a line, Upgrade and Nel line transaction across Retail, Care and Web channels. 

必要条件

  • Be available on the defect triaging bridges to triage & manage defects.
  • Provide suggestions and action plans based on defect RCA analysis & record proper RCA.
  • Follow up with application teams if defects are being worked offline.
  • Maintain defect tracker and provide defect summary.
  • Provide end to end support to QA, Business team for scenario executions.
  • Closely working with Product owners to assist them in assessing impact of Production/Customer
  • Experience in troubleshooting defects.
  • Provide logs, develop scripts and/or able to use existing tools in system for troubleshooting for defect.
  • Maintain the Contact/page/escalate matrix of application teams for defect triaging and follow ups.
  • Generate reports, status, and review with technical and business team. ( Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
  • Coordinate security compliance
  • Track issues from security scans and validate completion of remediation efforts.
  • Monitor system and resource accounts for compliance including access/usage and password rotation.
  • Document processes and procedures to conform to regulatory and business requirements.
  • Prepare, collect and complete responses for audits as needed.
  • Report/escalate all instances of overdue security vulnerabilities or non-compliance.

Good to Have

  • Rest API Testing Experience
  • Experience in Telecom domain
  • Identify and validate test scenarios to be executed which is aligned with business requirements for new and BAU features
  • Telecom domain knowledge
  • Expertise in Sql, able to write and execute ad-hoc queries
  • Identify potential areas for automation and develop automation scripts.

  • Must have experience in defect triage, prioritization, troubleshooting with the help of logs (Splunk/AppDynamics/Grafana)
  • Knowledge of data formats: XML, JSON, CSV
  • Unix Systems skills
  • Working experience in JIRA, Test Data management tools, and manual testing
  • Experience in leading defect triage bridges.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication & documentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors)
