Internship in internal project. This role offers hands-on experience in requirements engineering.

We are looking for junior or trainee designers who are interested in working in a cross-functional team, want to improve their communication and professional skills, and also participate in the creation and optimization of a competitive tech product in a top company.

• Knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, documentation analysis). 
• Knowledge of model business processes (UML, BPMN).
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, IBM Rational DOORS).
• Ability to create technical documentation and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at a level enabling smooth communication with international teams
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills
• Communication skills, creativeness and open-mindedness
• Team work

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements within projects.
• Creating and maintaining requirement documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Conducting analytical sessions and workshops with clients to understand their needs.
• Close collaboration with the development and QA teams to ensure the solutions implemented align with the requirements.
• Managing changes in requirements during the project execution.
• Monitoring and reporting the progress of requirements implementation and identifying potential risks
