Our client is a company strives to improve the lives of patients suffering from emphysema with its minimally-invasive, personalized technologies for interventional pulmonology.
They requested GlobalLogic to improve existing design. Users are satisfied with the Detect interface but frustrated when transitioning to the StratX Report interface. Poor patient sorting (CT scan date vs upload date) creates workflow inefficiency. Scale Problems: Patient lists with 1,000+ patients are difficult to navigate.#LI-JS1 #LI-Remote
必要条件
Principal designer will be responsible for:
- Leading interviews, WS, descusion and clarification with the customer
- Making decisions
- Preparing tasks for UX/UI Designer and working closely
5+ years of experience, Principal designer with an orientation to improve and propese new design.
– Experience in the design and architecture (from design perspective) of web solutions.
– Experience with heuristic evaluations
– Ability to draw maps and flows
– Conduct usability testing
– Teamwork.
– Good English skills.職務内容
- Perform a comparative analysis between the successful StratX Detect interface and the problematic StratX Report interface
- Perform an interview with Stakeholders and Users
- Conduct expert UX evaluation using Jakob Nielsen’s 10 usability heuristics
- Create a User Journey Map and identify pain points
- Conduct Ideation and Alignment sessions
- Create Mockups and Wireframes
- Conduct usability testing
- Create high-fidelity flows
- Provide the backlog with estimations
