Product Owner : ITSM domain mandatory

✸ Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner and manage multiple scrum teams across parallel workstreams

✸ Provide clear product vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle; translate vision into well-defined requirements

✸ Ensure the team always has a sufficient pipeline of well-prepared, prioritized work items (ready backlog)

✸ Define and elaborate Release Backlog, Product Feature Backlog, and drive end-to-end product development

✸ Prepare epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on client interactions, business needs, and technical inputs

✸ Assess value, build business cases, and prioritize epics, stories, and themes to maximize ROI and align with product strategy

✸ Own backlog management, iteration planning, and continuous refinement of user stories

✸ Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog aligned to business value, outcomes, and ROI
✸ Strong ITSM experience with hands-on understanding of Service Desk (SD), Incident Management (IM), and Problem Management (PM) processes

✸ Ability to translate ITSM workflows into product features, automation use cases, and backlog items

✸ Exposure to Agentic Platforms and AI Agents, with understanding of how autonomous agents can support ITSM use cases such as incident triage, ticket classification, root cause analysis, and proactive problem detection

✸ Understand how AI Agents integrate with ITSM tools to improve efficiency, reduce MTTR, and enhance user experience
✸ Lead product release planning and set clear expectations for delivery of new capabilities and enhancements

✸ Take ownership of end-to-end releases including release plans, backlogs, release notes, and user guides

✸ Actively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments impacting sprint and release goals

✸ Research and analyze market trends, user needs, product roadmap, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions

✸ Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner, and can manage multiple scrum teams.
✸ Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
✸ Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
✸ Define & Elaborate Release Backlog, Product feature backlog and development for the product
✸ Prepare epics, user stories based on communication with client
✸ Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
✸ Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
✸ Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
ITSM experience is required
✸ Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
✸ Take Ownership of end to end releases – Release Plans, Backlogs, Release Note and Guides
✸ Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals
