Due to intensive growth, GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite the Associate Project manager. 

The project aim is to optimize, extend with new features Automotive Solution. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest cars. The project is considered as technical excellence and we are paying huge attention to technical challenge motivation of our team members as well as excellence compensation. 

At our project we are building a computer-in-the-car architecture – key for enabling innovation within areas such as advanced connectivity, machine learning and autonomous drive.

 

必要条件

Requirements:

• Understanding of key PMBOK process groups and knowledge area
• Experience in managing projects with multiple agile teams and in outcome based model
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile SDLCs (Scrum, Kanban)
• Process Management experience, ideally within Managed Services and IT Outsourcing industry, minimum 1 year
• Experience in implementation of best practices in software engineering (code reviews, unit testing, etc.)

Role will Interface with Department Program Manger, team Leads and other stakeholders
Responsible to create / maintain delivery plan together with DPM
Responsible for status reporting to management

• Experience in talent hiring and retaining, building new teams.
• Maintaining motivation, resolving conflicts, build consensus
• Reviewing and assessing ongoing performance of peoject team

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast changing environment
• Problem solving attitude
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command in basic financial data processing (spreadsheets. Preferably using Google Apps stack)
• Technical background (software development, QA, DevOps) is a solid advantage

 

Will be a plus:

• Experience in managing multiple remote / distributed teams

• Agile and/or PMI certifications

• Experience with SAFe or other scaled frameworks

• Attention to details

• Setting project success measurement KPIs, monitoring delivery quality
• Support Project team with learning and development opportunities
• Taking responsibility for the team composition to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Governence set up.
