Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Design and lead the transition toward scalable microservices architectures using Django for complex monoliths and Flask for specialized, high-performance microservices.

Advanced API Design: Architect enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, focusing on versioning, security (OAuth2/OpenID), and low-latency response times.

Database & Data Strategy: Oversee complex schema designs and optimizations in PostgreSQL or MySQL. Implement advanced caching strategies using Redis or Memcached.

System Scalability: Optimize application performance to handle millions of requests, utilizing asynchronous task queues like Celery and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

Code Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, lead deep technical code reviews, and implement comprehensive automated testing suites (PyTest/UnitTest).

Cloud & DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps to containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and manage CI/CD workflows for seamless cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).

Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of mid-level and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
