Are you a manual tester with basic automation skills?

We’re looking for a motivated QA Engineer — experience in automation is a plus, but solid manual testing skills and the desire to learn are enough to start.

You’ll work daily with embedded hardware (smart doorbells, cameras, alarms etc.), using Python and a test framework. This is for a global IoT project, working closely with the USA R&D team. 必要条件

• 2–3+ years of commercial hands‑on experience in embedded or telecom software testing OR solid experience in manual testing with basic automation skills
• Good Python programming skills; experience writing automated tests and frameworks (e.g. using pytest)
• Proactiveness, responsibility, and ownership — being able to work independently and bring ideas and solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with interfaces such as UART, USB, IP or similar
• Previous experience in embedded/IOT devices (great but not strictly required if you have good manual testing + interest in embedded)

• Execute/manual testing where needed, especially in early stages or for parts without automation
• Design and develop automated tests and test frameworks
• Analyze test results and work closely with developers and engineers to fix bugs and improve system quality
• Provide technical assessments focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and capacity of systems
• Work with a high degree of autonomy, and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes and product quality
• Working regularly with embedded hardware: devices like smart doorbells, floodlight cameras, alarms, and other smart home / security IoT devices.
• Helping develop and maintain a portfolio of IoT‑network related products for a well‑known international client.
