The Quality Engineer is a member of our customers’ core Engineering team that is responsible for advancing the Company’s Enterprise Access Management (EAM) product line for the healthcare and commercial markets. This team is responsible for the development of customers’ EAM client components providing Multifactor Authentication and Single Sign-On services for applications, and secondary authentication for clinical and remote access workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years’ relevant QA experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of the software product development life cycle.
• Practical understanding of SQA methodologies, techniques, and approaches.
• Experience testing mobile applications for iOS and Android, or Software as a Service preferred.
• Experience with both white box and black box testing
• Demonstrable approaches to developing appropriate test strategies and processes.
• Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Can work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience working in an Agile (preferably Scrum) environment.
• Experience in building tools and scripts to facilitate automated testing.

• Authoring Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Contributing to test strategies for product features and system functionality.
• Active participation in Requirements and Design reviews.
• Peer reviews of Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Execution of both manual and automated functional tests.
• Development of Automated test cases.
• Prioritization of tests for automation.
